COVID-19 Antigen Testing

Assurance Laboratories wants to help individuals get back to work safe and provide peace of mind in the workplace. We are providing quick and easy, minimally invasive, on-site antigen testing or tele-health observation of testing to businesses looking to accommodate unvaccinated employees, a transition back to work, or quick screens for employee exposure and peace of mind.

The antigen test has been described as an important tool in getting America back to work, by providing a rapid snap-shot to a person’s immune system. The test kit we have chosen to use is validated under a CLIA licensed lab and in support of EUA guidelines. The testing requires only a small nose swab that can be administered yourself, and provides results in a matter of minutes. Keep your employees working, remain compliant, and do it all with little to no impact on your workforce’s productivity.

When you choose to have us come to your site for testing, we will provide the following:

  • All necessary PPE and cleaning supplies
  • A trained lab technician who will perform the testing
  • Safe disposal of biohazard equipment & supplies
  • Consent forms for our testing
  • Validated test kits and any necessary equipment
  • Test result reports
  • A complete testing summary can be provided to a Human Resources or designated business employee for reporting to DHS per regulatory guidelines.

Frequently Asked Questions 

Do you offer walk-in testing?
Yes, but we prefer you set up an appointment to ensure we are not over booked and are properly staffed at that time to provide you a timely test. Walk-in testing is done as a first come first served basis.
What are your hours?
We operate Monday-Friday from 9am – 5pm. For on-site testing services, we will do our best to accommodate your needs by making our staff available earlier or later when possible to maximize availability for your staff and provide minimal impact to your workforce productivity.
What do you need to perform the test from me?
Assurance performs testing by using samples received from a nasal swab. The swab can be self-administered or performed by our staff. We ask that all testing participants wear a face covering to protect our staff.
How long does it take to get results?
Results are available to you within 15 minutes. This provides minimal impact on productivity for your staff. Know now, work today!
Are my results confidential?
Yes, your results are confidential and not shared with any individuals, outside your respective HR department, by Assurance Laboratories.

What we need from you:

A private space in which we can work with the employee and have a private conversation with them about their results. While with employees, we will have them complete consent forms, perform the test, and allow for Q&A. At the end, the test results will be provided to Human Resources in a way that can be used for reporting in compliance with OSHA and DHS.
